Where it all started
I started detailing back in high school, not because I planned on turning it into a business, but because I’ve always loved cars and wanted mine to look its best. At first, it was just me in my driveway with a bucket, a couple of towels, and way too much enthusiasm. Friends started asking if I could clean their cars too, then teachers, neighbors. Before I knew it, I was spending most weekends detailing instead of hanging out.
I realized I actually loved it. The process, the transformation, the reactions when people saw their car looking brand new again. So I started taking it more seriously. I saved up, bought better products and tools, learned new techniques, and focused on doing every job the right way, not the fast way.
Over time, that little high school side hustle grew into something real. Now I’ve got a full setup, loyal customers, and the same passion I had when I first started maybe even more. What keeps me going is simple. I love seeing the difference a good detail can make, and I take pride in treating every car like it’s my own. It’s been a crazy journey from driveway washes to running my own detailing business, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This isn’t just work for me, it’s what I love to do.
